Resort Lifestyle Communities Announces the Construction of $25 Million Adult Living Community in Bartlett

Resort Lifestyle Communities will begin construction on Robinwood Retirement Community this summer in Bartlett, Tennessee. Robinwood is a $25 million, 141-apartment adult living community for people 55 and over. Robinwood will offer a selection of studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as 2 bedroom cottages all with full kitchens, washer/dryer hookups, spacious living areas, and ample storage. The project was designed and will be built by Cameron General Contractors and will be managed by Resort Lifestyle Communities, both from Lincoln, Nebraska. The construction project is financed by BBVA Compass Bank.

Robinwood will offer full service living at an affordable, an all-inclusive monthly rate. Amenities include: Freedom Dining, scheduled transportation, social gatherings and activities, housekeeping, in-house banking, a state of the art fitness center, gift shop, beauty and barber salon, and 150-seat, full sized theatre. On-site, live-in managers and round the clock concierge services will attend to our residents' comfort and satisfaction with their new home. Watkins Uiberall Releases Results of Its 2010 Medical Office Personnel Salary & Benefits Survey

Memphis, TN-Watkins Uiberall, PLLC and its affiliate, Watkins Uiberall Healthcare Consulting Group, LLC, recently released the results of the 2010 Medical Office Personnel Salary & Benefits Survey.

Conducted each year, the Medical Office Personnel Salary & Benefits Survey is regarded by many practitioners as the source for benchmarking information for Mid-South physician practices.  The survey is designed to help practice leaders make strategic decisions related to operations, benefits, compensation and more.  This year's survey was sponsored by BancorpSouth, the Mid-South Medical Group Management Association (MS-MGMA) and The Memphis Medical Society.

The expansion will allow Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett to double their current total of ICU beds and surgical suites.  In addition, ancillary services such as pharmacy and laboratory will be relocated and expanded.  Finally, with the addition of more than 83,000 square feet, Saint Francis-Bartlett will have space available to expand service lines to serve the growing needs of the community.

The facility expansion will be constructed by Hoar Construction, with architecture by Hinson Miller Kickirillo Architects PLLC.  Project completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2012.
